Ok stay

A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning.

Advertised with parking. There is no place to park. On entering through the front door the first thing that hits you is the smell of damp. The room was supposed to be a double but the bed could only fit with one side pushed against the wall. There was no bedside lamp. One ceiling light only with no lamp shade. No curtains, vertical blinds which didn't fit allowing large amount of light in, in the morning. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed one as it was so poor.

House with a room

On arrival we had to call the host as it wasn't clearly marked as a guesthouse ans though they had sent instructions of how to use the security door a picture may have been more helpful. Once we were in the room there were alot of broken items including the door lock, a hole in the wall. The TV didn't work and there waa dust and crayon marks all over. The bedding however was clean as was the bathroom. The room would have been a good size if it wasn't for the massive wardrobe thay was placed against the bed side se table and bed. So only one door opened and it was very hard to use. I assume that stud walls had been put in to make the rooms ensuite as we could see the room nexr doors light under wall. We could also heae everything next did or said. Finally it would have been nice to havs known id the kitchen downstairs was for guest use or not.

Not a great place to stay for the price. Toilet seat was broken off the toilet was told it would be repaired but wasnt there was a hole in the wall under the window. Also states there is an airport shuttle but when requested ibwas told no one was available to take us and to ring for a taxi.

Rooms ok

Rooms ok, clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean, but toilet seat was broken so slid about whenever you sat on it. Says can check in from 3pm, but we arrived at 6.30pm and room wasnt ready so had to wait. Small outdoor area with some chairs which we used to sit out as it was very warm. Did receive a text asking how stay was and if there was anything else we needed.

I have already made complaint, arrival anytime after 2, we told owner we would be there by 4. When we arrived we couldn't get in. Called owner he said room not ready. It was dirty.he let us in, the house smelled awful, looked grubby, he again reiterated the room dirty & not ready. He offered us to see the room, but I declined & left. The house next door was boarded up & lamp posts outside had signs on saying " thieves beware".

Good Stay

The check is was quick and friendly. The room was nice and clean and had everything that I needed. The surrounding area was also good for my needs.

When I arrived there the hotel was closed at the check in time so I rang the hotel some one said rooms not ready so we gonna cancel you reservation and we will refund your money It’s been about a week I didn’t get my money back and they spoil my trip
