"Just stayed at the Ruby Lucy for 2 nights and we wish we stayed here for more of our London trip. "We stayed here to attend a gig at Troxy and while the building itself is really nice and everything in general was fine. There was just way too much stuff everywhere - toys and clowns and all sorts. The hotel would be much nicer paired back. The room we stayed in was nice, but there was a wooden block (to be the seat for the desk I assume) right next to the bed, which made it difficult to get out of the bed on one of the sides. Would be much better to just have a chair. The macarons in the room...

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk.
