"The location can't be beat. We had some miscommunication about the check in time. We were told anytime after 3 and we had said we'd be there around 6. When we arrived at 5pm, the room was not yet cleaned. It was cleaned in a hurry, so I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. The room was fine but the beds were very lumpy. The laundry machine was not very clean. It was ok, not great. "

"The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property...

"The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. "Check in for this property was at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the same street. I parked in their car park for 10 minutes to check in. For this I received a parking fine, which unbelievably has been upheld despite my providing the details of my reservation and their own record of my being in the car park for 10 minutes. This is a first for me, being fined by the hotel I am checking into. I was not asked to register my car at check in, no doubt because there was separate parking for the apartment...
