"No AC. Room was 84 degrees and staff said holler did not have AC. Talked to another guest and their room AC was working fine. Faucet dripped constantly. Windows would only open 1 inch. Requested different room. Got new room for 2nd night. It had a floor AC unit that kept the room at an ok ..."
