"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We had a wonderful stay and were greeted by Roman, who was very welcoming. The room was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
