We had a great stay at this apartment. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The check‑in process worked fine, though there’s a bit of room for improvement to make it smoother. The standout feature was definitely the location, just steps from the train station, a grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. With so many major tourist attractions nearby, it made exploring the area incredibly easy. For a family there is tons of room… and a washing machine! Overall, a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Positiv: Schönes und großes Haus über 3 Ebenen. Sehr viel Platz und gemütliche Atmosphäre. 2 Bäder mit WC und 1 seperates WC im EG. Kaffee stand auch zur Verfügung, ebenso Waschmittel, Spülmittel etc. Das Haus liegt perfekt. Underground und Busse direkt um die Ecke. Viele Pups und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Trotz sehr lebendiger Gegend, kein störender Lärm in der Nacht. Negativ: In der Küche zu wenig Besteck bei Vollbelegung. Nachlieferung von fehlenden kam am letzten Abend, danke trotzdem. Der Feuermelder ging ständig an, sobald auch nur der Toaster genutzt wurde, Backofen hat dann alles überfordert. Der Geschirrspüler wäscht nicht mehr so gut, nachspülen war erforderlich. Die Stühle sind nicht ganz stabil, einige Schrauben sind abgefallen und nicht mehr vorhanden. Leider sind einige der Betten durchgelegen, man spürt die Federn. Die Handtücher musste ich waschen, da leider fleckig. Das Internet funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, auch unsere mobilen Daten konnten wir im Haus nicht störungsfrei empfangen. Alles in allem benötigt das Haus ein wenig Pflege und Überarbeitung der Makel, dann ist es perfekt. Würde es dennoch empfehlen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke dafür.

WiFi was intermittent and kept losing signal. Had to use my hotspot the entire time. No wifi also meant the TV was unusable. Local restaurants meant there is constant noise throughout the evening and morning from customers or deliveries, and there is a loud hum from a generator right below the lounge. Generally the apartment needs some love, there is serious signs of wear and tear that require upkeep. Hob doesn’t spark a flame, furniture is cheap, etc. Look, if you’re like me and working in the area. Or you and your mates want a cheap place to share for a few days this place is fine. Only good thing is the location.

Our apartment was good, and it wasn’t too noisy given that it’s above a pub, but there was a lot of garbage left around the area although it was eventually cleaned up. The underground is very convenient and the location was good for me because I was hanging out at UCL and SOAS most of the time but it was also convenient to the West End.

the room was perfectly clean and was cleaned again during our stay, the location is really good for transportation and services, I think Marchmont street is the best, it has three bookstores alone. and a big supermarket. the only issue the bathroom, I don't know how many arms the typical English person has but I have only two and there is no shelf to put soap or shampoo on, nor is there a shelf near the sink for that purpose, nor is there is a toilet paper holder. not to mention the shower door does not close properly but otherwise it if great, but I will not likely stay here on my next visit

Great space location, problematic check in

Fantastic townhouse in a great location. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would give it 5 stars but for no check in information as they stated in the 24 hours before check in time. I needed to check in on a Sunday but was given no information. I called the office (which is closed on Sunday) and by chance someone was in the office. That person was very helpful, but without that bit of luck I would have been looking for another hotel (which actually I started doing as I was trying to get in touch). Check in and access to the townhouse was therefore problematic. I had also requested an early check in but by the time I got into the property that time had been taken up with actually getting the keys etc. So, if you do plan to stay here make sure you have confirmed access vs being potentially stranded on a Sunday.

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station. Property has no air conditioning. It was terrible hot weather in August. Day and night home was very hot. Hard to sleep. Check-in process is very stressful. They didn’t share the address until a day before of arrival. Email response was very slow.

God to-værelses på 1. sal

Lejligheden er fin og pæn rengjort. Moderne og god indretning. Håndklæder, sengetøj mv. var pænt rent. Der var fin forsyning med klassiske hotel items såsom kaffe, sæber, lidt snacks mv. Sovesofaen var nem at håndtere og udemærket at ligge på. Beliggenhed er god og meget central ifht metro. Deraf følger selvfølgelig forventelig trafikstøj. Baren under lejligheden var ikke generende (heller ikke fredag og lørdag). Eneste reelle minus ved lejligheden er, at den er meget varm, når solen er på, selvom vi brugte mørklægningsgardiner i løbet af dagen. Vi var der i juli (23-25 grader udenfor).

This place was great, with one big exception. It was over 90°F, and there was not really any way to cool the place down. I would not stay there again during the heat of the summer. The host did try to help me out a bit with an air cooler, but that still wasn’t sufficient. It was definitely convenient to the train station, and there were a lot of fun places around the area.

serviesgoed was wat karig en plinten in de keuken hingen los. De buitendeur naar het trappenhuis kon niet op slot en dat gaf geen veilig gevoel. Maar over het algemeen was het een prima verblijf voor mijn gezin in Londen.
