"It’s an execellent hotel for an overnight stay between flights or before flying out of Heathrow. The staff are always attentive and especially Shaniqua (trainee) on reception was excellent! Facilities are good and the bar restaurant area has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are beginning to be a little tired."

"So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available. We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful room could of been cleaner though and tea,coffee,sugar,milk there wasn't enough.. my partner is a wheel chair user but there was a couple of steps that lead to our room so he had to get out the wheelchair and I had to carry the wheelchair over the steps but part from that everything was great and staff went out there way to help"
