"Clean room with all essentials.
Staff were wonderful - from front desk to dining staff. Welcoming, pleasant and happy to help with our requests.

"Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. "La habitación era muy amplia y con un buen baño, todo muy limpio. Para los estándares de Europa tener dos camas tamaño Queen es un lujo. Además la ubicación es excelente, con estación del metro cerca. Es la tercera vez que me hospedo aquí y siempre me ha ido muy bien. Ninguna queja."
