The area was good and peaceful. Excellent transport links to the city and to the Heathrow airport. The apartment was a nice size for my Family of four. Better facilities than a hotel. Small minus the sofa bed that was small and a bit too soft for two adults. Otherwise all is perfect and I can recommend it warmly.. Good value for the money.

Nice place, but read the small print.

The property is on a busy street but I knew that going in. Don't like the separate 'cleaning' fee they have you pay on arrival but again I'd read the small print and knew the rules. The property itself is a large space and clean, though maybe a little worn in some areas ie missing knob on bathroom door, and couple cupboard handles. That said the place is well placed for shops and getting around, and the caretake/owners are good people. I had no problems on my stay and more than likely I'll be back.

The noise from the busy street is rather annoying when trying to sleep. I would only recommend this accommodation if you're either not too bothered by noise, or plan to go to bed after 1 am. Otherwise the flat is comfortable and in decent shape.

Lovely little apartment in a great location

Can't complain for what we paid to stay in Kensington. Antoaneta was a little late meeting us but kept us well informed via WhatsApp. The apartment itself was small but perfectly formed for a short break in the capital and within a 5-10 minute walk of South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations. Was worried by a couple of the reviews mentioning noise but honestly it was no worse than you'd expect in London.

Well located property, fully self contained and spacious for 1 or 2 people. Close to two tube stations and plenty of places to eat.

Great spot but way too noisy

The apartment is good, photos are accurate. It’s clean and big enough to be comfortable. The service is good, the manager was nice and helpful. However, my comfort ended there. The apartment is across from a pub and every night (3 nights) it was ridiculously loud. Not just from the pub- you can hear every single car and person talking that walks by. The bed was not comfortable for me, I ended up sleeping on the couch. Also, it was fairly warm in London at the time (22-25 degrees) and it was really warm in the apartment. The only way to make it even slightly cooler was to open the windows which didn’t do much to help and it made the noise problem worse. All in all, not very happy with this accommodation. It’s not to the fault of the management- the place is just in a difficult location for noise and comfort.

Kensington at its best

Lage traumhaft, leider laut, da Pub gegenüber, ansonsten prima. Sehr gute Restaurants und alle Annehmlichkeiten im Areal. Das Flat war sehr in Ordnung, aber der Hauseingang (Teppichboden) ist sehr verschmutzt und dessen Wände). Dieses und die FENSTER des Apartments sollten gereinigt werden.
