We arrived late off a long flight, met with welcoming staff. They kindly upgraded us for free, to apartment instead of a room. The beds were super comfy and the shower is to die for 😍 so glad we found this little gem. Will stay again when travelling via Heathrow.

Location of the property is big plus as it is just in front of Hayes & Harlington station. Only problem was corridors of the property were smelling. Apartment was nice and clean

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, sehr schönes Apartment und vor allem eine hervorragende Anbindung zur Bahnstation. Obwohl das Hotel eher weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist, war man sehr schnell dort. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Heathrow war dafür perfekt - in 7 Minuten war man da. Nichtsdestotrotz hat man die Bahnen im Zimmer selbst NICHT gehört. Es war also ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Der integrierte Starbucks ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.

Staff was superb.

The room and bath were nice, the hotel was clean. The staff were very, very kind and helpful. It is right beside a train station, but I did not hear and city noise. The only challenge was getting a taxi to take me there from Heathrow. Directly across the street from the hotel is a designated spot for taxis to drop off hotel guests, but the drivers don’t know this. It was a challenge. But the train, buses and subway stops are right at the hotel door, so use them instead. The area was walkable and I visited nearby businesses.

Ok but could be much better

Good parking, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, good sized double bed. Rooms are basic, would be better for families if there was a television in the actual bedroom of one bed apartments as parents have this then when children go to bed (children’s beds are a sofa bed in the living room area that fold out into two separate single beds). Wasn’t convinced that bedding for sofa bed had been washed properly. Quite a few stains on corridor carpets - feels like everywhere needs a good clean. Feels very much like a budget hotel.

Very very disappointed after checking in online way in advance and after letting the hotel know what time we would be there, after a 5 hour journey we got there for 3pm which was check in time and had made them aware this is arrival time on our online check in, we had to wait almost an hour for our room keys. Nothing offered while we sat there wasting our time.

I was pleasantly pleased with the property location and condition. The Elizabeth line with a direct line to London Paddington is directly across the street. Surrounding the property are residential buildings giving a “neighborhood” feel which was great for my family as we stayed there for 2 weeks. Just a short walk is shopping, restaurants, a park, places of worship. The staff at the hotel are very professional. There is a bar in the lobby that offers snacks and pizza. There is an on-site restaurant, laundry, and gym. My only criticism is the lack of housekeeping. The room is serviced after 4 nights, then again after 7. I would prefer and suggest every 4 nights. Seven is too long of a wait for housekeeping services.

Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.

Not in a very good area. Whole building smelled very bad. I understand people are cooking in their rooms but it was beyond disgusting. Rooms did not feel clean in the inside.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to the location, amenities and ease of getting in to central London. The apartments are well appointed and clean, and the price is reasonable for London. It's ideal if you're driving to London due to the secure car park (you do have to pay extra for parking) and it's easy to get to from the motorway network. Hayes train station is next door and you can be in central London in under 20 minutes. It's also great for getting to Windsor. The staff were all helpful and polite.

Great value for London stay

The hotel is conveniently located to bus and train lines. This is a big plus in the London area. The rooms are spacious. There are laundry, gym and restaurants on site.

Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel der Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel direkt vor der Tür und durch die Küchenzeile nutzbar. Sehr gut! Personal war freundlich und hat uns auf Bitten schnell und unkompliziert von einem Behindertenzimmer zu einem Standardzimmer umgebucht. Top! Man merkt aber langsam das Alter der Zimmer an. Das Bett ist beansprucht und an manchen Stellen waren die Federn zu spüren. Noch geht’s, aber es sollte langsam investiert werden. :)
