Found a couple of fans in the cupboard which helped cool the apartment down during the heatwave. A comfortable stay.

These apartments are large considering they are only one bedroom. They are very modern and appear like they have been newly renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and appliances look like they are brand new and unused. The apartment was light and airy and well appointed. Will stay again.

Outstanding experience at Aeria Whitfield - absolutely no complaints. Communication was fast and efficient, and the flat was incredibly spotless and well-equipped. Location and access to food and transport is excellent. Would most definitely stay there again - thank you so much Aeria!

How fortunate we were to stay at the Whitfield Street Residences. We had reason to be in London for social reasons and Fitzrovia specifically for business and the location was absolutely perfect. The apartments are very spacious for this part of town where the price of square footage is some of the highest in the world. The apartment was spotless and done out to a really high spec. It was also incredibly peaceful. The light was fantastic too. Huge beautiful double glazed windows with great roller blinds in all of them including a good black out blind in the bedroom. The process was fully self-serve but the team were so easy to contact whenever we had questions before we checked in. This was a great find and we felt both lucky and spoiled in such a lovely property in Prime Central London.

Good Tasteful chic decor, good size apartment. Lobby also tastefully set up. Easy to access keys without front desk. Property was clean. Washing machine and dryer and rack for airing clothes available. Basic kitchen needs. Fantastic location. Bed is so-so, pillows ok. Generally enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Not so good No dish washing liquid and a used sponge provided - didn't I could reuse. No kitchen towels. Only 1 role of toilet paper - apparently you're expected to buy the minimum 4 more on your own - next time will bring my own! Hot water and heating was busted for 1 day - repaired the next day but cold and dirty for 1 nite - updates were not forthcoming late at night about situation. Needed prodding to ask we should wait up to shower. 24h support not so good but office response was professional the next day.

Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore than a few centimeters.
