Room is quite small for a family room. Bunk beds were okay. The double bed goes up and down and was a surprise for us.. my kid liked it.. kinda smart so we have space to place luggages since the room is tiny.. configuration of the room is odd.. toilet doesnt flush fully and finicky. Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Euston
I would not recommend this hotel. The room was literally the size of the Queen mattress with an extra 16" along one side. There was no room for suit cases and no area for hanging clothes. In my opinion, this is no way to treat a paying customer - especially at this price.
