"Really enjoyed our stay at the Vintry & Mercer Hotel. Lovely and helpfull staff, dining was very good, cocktails and rooftop bar was lovely.
We slept like babies.
Would def recommend. "
"The perfect location in central London - close to absolutely everything, multiple tube lines to choose from, you can hear the bells of St Paul's, bustling pubs, great restaurants. So good. The only issue with the apartment is the full size bed. I missed that part in the description and it is small for 2 people and we are not big people. It would be unbearable for 2 plus sized individuals. The shower would probably be problematic as well."
"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "
"We had a great stay at the Ned! The room was clean and quiet. The daily entertainment was excellent and the staff were very attentive. There are a variety of restaurants and bars on the property, which we loved. We will definitely be back!"

"Me and my partner stayed for a night as we were watching a show in Drury Lane Theatre (20min walk).
Best breakfast I have had in a hotel. Staff friendly and very clean with quick service. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
