"L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellente, directement sur Thames Path, à 2 minutes à pieds d'un metro avec une vue improbable sur Tower Bridge et sur Tower of London. Le personnel était gentil et disponible pour nous assister. L'hotel a cependant besoin d'un peu d'amour, les chambres sont vieilles ..."

"Good location. Our room was on the interior side of the hotel with no exterior views, which was a little disappointing. Staff were excellent. Paid for breakfast for all 3 mornings, missed two and was not notified by anyone that we had prepaid."
