"Clean room was a decent stay, great location too! However a lot smaller than advertised through photos was deceiving! Nowhere to hang or lay out any clothes only two hooks not practical for suitcases or people staying more than 2 nights!"

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"I had a mixed experience at The Rembrandt, though the positives ultimately outweighed the negatives. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and sits in an incredibly convenient location right next to the Victoria and Albert Museum. The breakfast was also really good and a great start to the day. However, the check-in process could have been much better. "Staff on reception felt like she didn’t really want to be there. But everyone is allowed to have a bad day. Room stank like it had been smoked or vaped in for a week. Room decor was tired and it being a twin room only had one chair. Lack of plugs by bed to charge phones is poor."

"Great place to stay for our 3 day trip to London. Very helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to DLR West India Key station. Under 10 minutes walk to Uber river taxis. Comfy bed and nice shower."

"日本のビジネスホテルより少し広いぐらいだけど、清潔で設備等は比較的新しい。余り動かなくてもなんでも出来るのが良い。照明スイッチが明るい、普通、暗めと3段階になっており便利。シャワーにリンスが付いてるのも珍しく、良い！"
