"Overall a great experience. Rooms are quite small and layout makes it tough to use the space. The little footrest/chair and desk nearly unusable. That said, everything was in good repair. Shower was good, had an occasional temperature change but not cold or scalding so fine. AC had a bit of a struggle keeping up, but we were there during basically a record highs so I wouldn't consider this a strike. These 'Z' hotels are basically strategically located. "Cute little hotel and literally about a block from the tube (in American terms). Staff were very helpful. The room itself was quite small, but definitely fine for a light packer. Very clean and organized."

"Rude staff when checking in on my feet four over half ,plenty off staff standing around only two members off staff on the check in desk, I told a gentleman that I have bad legs I can’t stand four two long ,his reply made me cry you must wait your turn .the room was clean nice meal but one member off staff was very rude, you should only put members off staff on the check in desk that care about people,"
