The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation. "This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!"

"Great clean studio queen apartment with comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with amenities and water pressure, kitchen well equipped, would have preferred fresh milk rather than powdered. Unfortunately room 1101 was so horribly noisy being subjected to constant noisy air conditioning systems for this building and others. The maintenance guy was able to take our portable system out which helped but still noisy, couldn't change rooms as apparently fully booked assuming it was spring break...
