"We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange. The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great place to relax. The only downside was the spa facilities, which felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Had a family room with double bed and single bunk above, it was fine. Not a lot of surface space in the room, shower was a bit dodgy but basic and kind of as expected for the price. Room with tea and coffee on each floor, no real choice available. Fine for an anticipated poor sleep before an early flight."

"We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. "It’s dated and needs some tlc - sadly things like layout don’t help, but things like light sensors only lighting after you reach different bits of the corridor just felt cheap and a poor experience. On arrival there were bugs on the window, had clearly not been used/cleaned for a while"
