"Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room."

"Had a bad experience mainly because the couple in the room above me decided to argue and shout and slam doors between midnight and 4am before being arrested by the police, complained to the staff the next day on check out but just got an apology."

"The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes."

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"

"The property was gorgeous. Sally allowed us early check. Perfect location for Warwick House Weddings. Highly recommended ❤️"

"Really lovely friendly b&b in the centre. On street parking provided via the b&b. Great freshly cooked breakfast. My only criticism would be the pillows were too thin and as we arrived back late from a function we didn't want to bother the host to ask for extra pillows. So if you are fussy take your own pillow. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again"

"The cottage was spotless, the shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a meal which I appreciated. The experience was bliss."

"Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)"

"This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area."

"We stay regularly at this hotel & it never disappoints. A stand-out is the really lovely staff - they’re always so friendly & helpful. Always such a great atmosphere, too. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Coventry."

"The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested."

"Truly a lovely place to stay. Kim and John were so friendly and welcoming. Location wise it's so convenient to get to NEC by train or taxi. Delicious breakfast and very cosy rooms. 10/10 no complaints."

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."
