"Parking ideal. Plonking new furniture in a room with very shabby decor, woodwork etc. doesn't cut it for me. I booked the double room with shared bathroom however the photos did not represent the room at all, the same photos were used for the double room with private bathroom. "The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside."

"Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. "
