"Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided. "A cracker of a Inn with rooms plus a Latin American restaurant. We spent two nights here and I'd certainty rate it 10/10. The owner was very personable as were all staff and special mention to the young waitress at breakfast who was spot on 👍 Our room.(No 9) was spacious and had everything you'd expect. "Come for Warwick Castle, stay for the breakfast! Excellent fry up, great choice of pastries and the automated Nutella machine bowled us over. Absolute class. Only drawback was the air conditioning unit dripped on the first night."

"We had a cool room and the shower worked. It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby."

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

"While the staff is friendly and the location is fantastic, the hotel is severely overpriced. Our room was dirty, and there was absolutely no view. You're paying for the location, but the lack of cleanliness makes it not worth the money."

"Achtung, wir konnten unser Elektroauto laden, allerdings wurden uns am Ende 0,75£ / kw/h verrechnet! Das ist natürlich viel zu viel für eine Wallbox. Zugegebenermaßen haben wir im Vorfeld nicht nach dem Preis gefragt, wir haben mit so einem Wucher aber auch einfach nicht gerechnet. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten eine gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war ruhig in Richtung Garten. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar."
