"Property is a bit older and needs a face lift. Lobby needs a major upgrade. Food is excellent, pool is really great, but there is no entertainment after dinner, which is really disappointing. Overall, it was a very good stay for us"

"Clean room. Beautiful beach. Nice view of Los Arcos. Good resort for family with kids. Half of the restaurants were closed due to time of year. Breakfast was buffet service, variety of options. Lunch and dinner very slow service. Resort staff welcoming and responsive. Some pool service attendants only cater to those ordering alcohol. Also, the air conditioning is not very cool, so it can be difficult to sleep well if you like a colder room. Overall, the resort met our needs for a family with younger children. Property was clean, well-maintained, free WiFi works at pool and around facility. On another note, there is a nightly feature dinner show that people stand in line for up to an hour and a half to get a seat. It would be nice if the resort offered reservations for this."
