"Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos exceeded every expectation. The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds and one of the most welcoming, swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, a rarity here. We loved spending our days in the pool and beach cabanas, which were super relaxing, and made every day feel like a true vacation.
The food was another highlight. Every restaurant offered plentiful, high-quality meals that were full of flavor; and every dining experience felt special.
What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person, from the restaurant teams and bartenders to the pool and beach staff and the Reserve team, was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay amazing. Activities and entertainment team also deserves recognition!!
And - a very special thank you to our concierge, Carlos. He was simply unbelievable. He was personable, incredibly responsive, often replying within seconds, and always stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was perfect. He reserved the best cabanas for us, made sure we experienced a breathtaking sunset dinner at one of the resort's most delicious restaurants, and handled every request with genuine care and enthusiasm. Thanks to Carlos, our stay truly felt like paradise.
We also thoroughly enjoyed all of the Reserve perks that came with our upgrade. They absolutely enhanced our experience and were well worth it.
