"The location is fab and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean and well furbished with everything you need from hairdryer to dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast though was most disappointing (small selection of - apart from the fruit - only sweet and sugared items). I recommend going to one of the little cafes nearby where you get more for your money."

"Charming place, right outside the Holyrood Palace. Clean and modern, no lift had to carry luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The building fire alarm is very sensitive. Close to Tesco express."

"The Hotel is an apartment hotel, they have a WhatsApp but they communicate via email so it is super inconvenient. I suggest they communicate via WhatsApp it is more efficient. I met the owner, not a very nice and accommodating guy for someone who owns a hotel and works in hospitality. Hotel is located far from the city itself but a bus ride away, overall clean rooms and bathroom, you cannot store your luggage unlike other hotels, if I am back in Edinburgh, I will NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN....
