"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Booked here due to proximity to a film venue I was attending without spending too much time researching the property. What a great decision! This will become my go-to Brooklyn hotel. Great staff, excellent bar, incredibly well curated rooms. Can’t say enough about the staff. All-in all A+ experience"

Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...

"Good place to stay when you need to be close to Wall Street. The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location."

"The hotel looks better in pictures than the experience in reality. The bedroom was basic. The bathroom was dated and the shower was positioned in such a way that it soaked the bathroom floor. Breakfast was low quality with offerings of canned fruit and simple carbohydrates. Staff seemed generally disinterested. Poor wifi for anyone hoping to work."
