"All was wonderful till the end. Good location by many great spots for food, drink, and waterfront. Unfortunately at the end of out visit my Mom fell out front hitting her glasses, nose, teeth, hand, knee. When I asked for an ice pack or first aid kit at the front desk, they had nothing. An empty kit and apparently no ice machine."

"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"I was charged more for the room. Only one time service in 4 nights stayed. I had to requests towels. Not staying there again!"

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"It looks cute in pictures but is quite run down. The continental breakfast was good as is the location. The free bottle of wine is a single serve inexpensive Cabernet in a plastic bottle. I’m not sure it was worth the cost."

"I spent one night here to catch a cruise ship. I didn't expect much but was pleased with the helpful staff and very nice breakfast. The neighborhood is working class/industrial but the inn was a notch above. If I had more time, I would have explored the reportedly wonderful deli on 4th Street."
