Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Luis Donaldo Colosio

"Absolutely beautiful experience, master suite in the reserve was breathtaking, the staff was really attentive, thanks Carlos with the cool glasses, all the activities and food were so good. 10 outta 10 recommend!!!"

"El edificio es de construcción reciente pero ya se ve que necesita reparar detalles , por ejemplo me caía la tapadera del enchufe eléctrico y también la iluminación del cuarto es totalmente inadecuada muy baja para ser luz calidad . El refrigerador hacía ruido terrible intermitente pero lo peor es el intorno porque estamos en la Colosio barrio de bajos recursos donde en la mañana súper temprano y sigue todo el día vendedores informales gritando y pitando para promover sus productos! "My stay was good overall, and I loved the beachfront location and the spacious, clean room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach in Playa del Carmen during July, so I shortened my stay and moved to Cancún, where the seaweed conditions were better; the boutique hotel itself was nice, and the staff was okay."

"Clean resort, helpful staff, lots of activities, very kid friendly"

"Clean room, great stay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mother daughter trip and I appreciated that the resort wasn’t geared towards couples only. Friendly staff, shout out to Stefany, Raul, Mariasol, Nelvia, and everyone else we encountered! It was a bday trip and I loved the little cake and the special room decoration for me. Great pools, good beach with enough chairs/umbrellas for all. Food was great overall! Loved the breakfast buffet and Nami. The Italian place and the lunch seafood place was maybe a 3.5 or 4/5....

"The property when I first got there was very nice. Great views. They offered an upgrade to preferred with an ocean view for an additional fee which I took. It included access to the rooftop pool and bar/lunch area. The room ended up being a view of mostly construction with a view of the ocean to the left of the construction in the distance. The room wasn’t worth it but the rooftop access was nice. Unfortunately after 2 days there my fiancé and I caught a terrible stomach bug and ended up...

"Excelente"

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The chefs prepared delicious food."

"Muy bueno el lugar"

"Some areas not open. Renovations near 1 pool was a bit annoying. Mandatory long pants for men in restaurants should not be. Pools to crowded with people staying in pools for hours and hours and not getting g out to use wash rooms. Water not sanitary caused me to get a rash on day 4. Very quiet resort, with not so good beach area. All food, drinks and rooms were good."

"Staff was exceptional Spa was amazing Rooms was great ."

"We just didn't have a vacation at the resort but a wonderful experience. All the staffs are great, truly amazing in what they do. The restaurants food and service are excellent. The rooms and the resort as a whole is kept clean, peaceful and all close by"
