"The room is comfortable, but the a/c unit is outdated"

"The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself."

It wasn’t stocked with anything in the way of kitchen items not even a coffee pot. I asked but the “kit” they provide only had 2 spoons and two forks. No knives or can opener. "We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!"

"As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!"
