The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The swimming pool was also a great place to cool down during the hot days. "Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me. However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful. Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. "The room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Not sure how the sea view picture was taken or where the pool was though. You can see the sea standing up and a pool in a neighbouring restaurant (Villa Lounge) along with Titos close by you could swim at."

"Food was great. Shows were good. Reception staff needs to hear customers. Room is so outdated, nothing like the pictures. I feel I was cheated. Pictures should reflect the condition. Wood doors are rotted. Shower is so tiny. It was rip off to pay average of $120 a day for a room with that condition. "
