"Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me. However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful. Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful. The bad experience was the doctor at the resort. He was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and greedy. A guy at the bag store was also super rude and disrespectful to my cousin. And at check in they changed the prices and charged more than Expedia has told me to add 2 more people to the rooms. The rooms also had few things wrong, the fridge wasn’t working and the bedding wasn’t clean but when we called them they came and changed everything."

"I would not recomend staying here. The bed sheets and floor were stained. A kettle was placed in the room but did not work. Paid extra for a seaview but the room did not have this. Our booking said breakfast was included but it was not. The room was also listed as having a rooftoop pool but this was at a different property."

"Very rude staffs. Won’t explain anything about the amenities and breakfast during check in. Won’t fix hot water issue for hrs and room phone won’t work. Won’t update via WhatsApp though gave my contact. Repeated persuasion finally got us moved to a different but dingy side of the building and had to carry all our items to the other room. Receptionist to service boys are all rude. People in the downstairs cafe were a bit better. They should refund for not providing the promised services."
