"Tout était parfait de la réception à la prise de chambre au service restauration du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et complet. au point que nous tenions jusqu'au soir pour profiter du buffet à volonté ou du restaurant italien qui reste à des prix abordables. Les barres de plage sont nombreux mais il manque d'expérience dans les cocktails. Le service de chambre est excellent, d'ailleurs j'en profite pour dire remercier Mr Gamal qui prenait grand soin de notre chambre...

"The ocean view is ONLY available from your balcony, there is NO ocean view from inside your room, there are no clear windows from inside your room, the windows are patterned glass, do slide open but cold or bad weather would NOT slide open, this makes the room and design like being in a cave."

"The room was clean and looked like it was newly renovated. Not sure how the sea view picture was taken or where the pool was though. You can see the sea standing up and a pool in a neighbouring restaurant (Villa Lounge) along with Titos close by you could swim at."

"When I was booking the hotel I was reading the reviews, a lot commented on it wasn't clean and not good food etc. The hotel although being a bit older than some of the hotels we have stayed in in hurghada, (and that's a quite lot as we lived here 15 years) I have to say it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been in Inc the beach toilets etc, All swimming pools clean, rooms were very clean. The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice, and most of the staff were very helpful....

"Food was great. Shows were good. Reception staff needs to hear customers. Room is so outdated, nothing like the pictures. I feel I was cheated. Pictures should reflect the condition. Wood doors are rotted. Shower is so tiny. It was rip off to pay average of $120 a day for a room with that condition. "
