"Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order...

"The Hotel for the price you pay was ok. The bed was clean, however no mattress protection was laid down. The bathroom was also clean. The rest of the room as not as clean as i would have hoped and looked tired. The location however is excellent! Parking was suffient and only a 3min walk in the famous all creatures great and small area. "

"NO INTERNET, NO WIFI – Otherwise very good all respects. When we arrived at Robin Lodge, we were really impressed. It is lovely. Spacious, clean, well equipped, warm. However, there is no internet nor wifi. In this day and age, to not have wifi is unbelievable and somewhat shortsighted. Whilst the listing makes no reference to wifi, I personally think that it should be explicitly stated that there is no wifi. You just have to look at the reviews to see that others, like us, have been caught...

"On arrival Monday 4.30pm, this is a really lovely property, clean & tidy, parking not a big issue, quiet street, but the property was freezing cold, heating thermostat set at OFF, boiler was on. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS. We had booked through Hotels.com this is a Sykes Cottages Property & on arrival,...
