"The breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. The room was full of bugs, and we had to deal with mosquitoes, geckos, and even ants on the bed. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably at night. While I appreciate the hospitality and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and pest issue seriously affected our overall experience."

"Staff was friendly went above and beyond rooms were clean everyday best experience i had in a long time"

"Foi uma experiência incrível, hotel com arquitetura balinesa, integrado a natureza, com massagem cortesia e também transporte até o mercado 3x ao dia. Ficamos muito bem acomodados (casal e 2 filhos adultos) em uma vila de 2 suítes, piscina e cozinha. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, como os brasileiros gostam! A localização é muito boa. Recomendo!!"

"The location is perfect and all staff are very friendly, but the swimming pool is a bit small and the maintenance can be better"

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"This was my first solo trip and it was for my birthday and it was 100/100 experience. As much as I want to explore other parts of bali, would love to come back"

"This hotel provides top quality service to us every day and it gives a great attention to every detail in their room, from the bed to the toilet paper quality. The room has a very high ceiling and good air circulation giving us the feeling of open air. The room also have a fragrant smell thanks to the aroma therapy in the bathroom, giving us the unique smell of Bali and supporting the Bali style room design. The shower always have hot and cold water which is nice. The most important thing is...

"The resort 100/100 Very recommend for honeymooners. We will back to this beautiful resort "

"Beautiful grounds and view. Clean room overall. Good air-con. In walking distance to Center. Kind staff. 2 good size swimming-pools. Lower pool water very clean. Higher pool water was dirty, not overflowing, for the 3 days we were there. Safe box batteries need to be changed regularly. Trouble opening it. Bathroom dark and it's door not closing. Balinese style entrance door not closing very well, can let bugs come in. Breakfast good, basic."

"Kamar besar kami bertiga tinggal 2 malam, bersih terawat dan bnyk pohon buah.cuma makanan standar."
