"Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Der einzige negative Punkt für uns war, das wir nach muslimisch gerechtem Essen (Halal) gefragt hatten, welcher der Manager uns zwar mehrfach bestätigte, jedoch die Mitarbeiter*in der Küche uns diese wiederum verneinte. Es hiesse dabei, das man uns diese nicht garantieren könne. Dennoch gefiel uns das Hotel im großen und Ganzen sehr gut."

"The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. "The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel...

"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "
