"We loved our entire stay in our deluxe room. A resort style boutique in a residential area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was really comfortable when we did. Uber/Lyft is very convenient and inexpensive to mostly everything. A lot of things are with walking distance as well. We will definitely stay at this property again! I would truly recommend for couples."

"I had never stayed in a hotel where they made me feel like family. The host were so nice explained everything to me. The rooms were perfect very nice with a lot of space loved the view especially in the night and morning. Getting breakfast in the package was the best with a pool I loved it would highly recommend it.... There's a lot of stores around"

"It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of old San Juan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The balcony has the view to the beautiful cathedral. Our room was comfortable and very clean."

"It was an absolute pleasant stay. The staff are just on another level, so kind and helpful! The beach attendant was very friendly and always checking in on us. And the front desk attendant are just a delight! You MUST check out drag brunch on Sunday, it’s a requirement. Super fun and the queens are fierce! Food and drinks are amazing. Already can’t wait for my next to Puerto Rico! I already miss my ocean view from my room! Highly recommend this stay!"

"Perfect location. Only stayed 1 night because it was close to the airport. The room was big for the 4 of us. The bed only has 1 thin blanket. No sheets only the one to cover the mattress. Needless to say we were freezing at bedtime. My husband went to get more blankets at the desk but they only gave him one. It was hard to acccess the property because the sign at the entrance read that we could not without a key card. No one was there to let us in. I called the number on their official website...

"I really only stayed one night , the water never warmed up , they are charging me 100 dollars do not get do not use anything in the room until the bed left fixed , supposedly it was a background in case something broke or hurt and that was not the case"
