"We had a family bedroom with two beds in a quite spacious room above reception. The room was ok but a little tired. Hotel is on the outskirts of Peterborough and we stayed there for easy access to Burghley house and Stamford Village which are 20 to 30 minute drive away. The woman on night reception was patient and a great communicator. Kai went above an beyond to help me with my return booking to the sister property. He called ahead to ensure a smooth transition and helped me with the door. He managed my issue and took deliveries effortlessly. I am not a fan of the studio so probably won't return. "not a good sleep the first night due to a machine in the courtyard for freezing purposes. apparently the normal freezer had broken. however after we complained we were moved to another room which was a lot better in fact an upgrade on our previous room hopefully the university of cambridge will rectify this in the not to distant future. the staff were excellent"
