"While the location is nice the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Even dropping off luggage is a challenge as it’s right at a very crowded tiny car park. Sadly Expedia sold us the Penthouse room (photos were of it) at a 50 pound discount yet when we got there we got a room with a small window mostly iverlooking the roof and kitchen smoke stack and just a tiny bit of the water. "Location is superb - stone’s throw from seafront and in amongst all the shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking on site. Our room with terrace and partial sea view was lovely. Clearly been modernised fairly recently and had everything we needed, including a fan (and a beaver!) Shower was excellent and very clean bathroom.
