"A fabulous hotel and well worth a stay! We made a last minute booking as a stop off on the motorway - it's about a mile from the M5 but you'd never know it. "Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by.
Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced."

"We were so impressed by this hotel. We only paid around £60 and had a lovely clean, modern room with tea and coffee making facilities. The only negative I can think of is that the carpet is a bit threadbare in the corridors but that made no difference to our experience.
We were lucky to have a view over the lovely marina.
The staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Free parking very close by and bars and restaurants also very close.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I am just about to book...

"The staff were excellent unfortunately the facilities were not.
We had a bad nights sleep - the bed was uncomfortable and there didn’t appear to be any kind of sound proofing in the rooms as it felt like we could hear every coming and going in the hotel, including the guests talking in the next room.
The bathroom was also not very clean, there was black mould on the door runner in the shower and even the toilet roll holder was rusty.
The breakfast was disappointing and poor quality."
