"The staff was very friendly. However, when you walk in the building the fragrance was overwhelming. Way to strong of a cleaner or air freshener. Then the smell in our room was awful. I cannot even pinpoint what it could have been, but it was not pleasant. The toilet did not stop running and the room needed a rug or something under the bed also. The metal bed frame on the vinyl floor was loud..every toss and turn the bed squeaked against the floor. Room was fine for a 2 night stay that would have us out of the room for the majority of the day."

"Staff at the front desk were very friendly great with the kids. However after switching rooms twice due to the pull out couch not working it was a hassle and not clean smelt bad in both rooms we tried. Area didn’t feel family friendly lots of people outside the area pool was dirty too. They also wouldn’t refund me after my kids wouldn’t stay there they were so uncomfortable and we had to leave."

"I most disturbing part of my review is when I checked in and got my room and key card I proceeded to take my luggage up to the room and enter. It was late at night and once I entered there were no lights on to see very well. I pulled my luggage over to the kitchen side and proceeded to turn on the lights. Guess what - the room was occupied and I scared the daylights out of two poor unsuspecting people and myself. I quickly removed myself from the room and returned to the main desk to tell them what happened. There are many more poor issues to comment on but you get the picture with this place. "

"This hotel is located approx 10 miles from SFB. They do not offer a shuttle from airport to hotel but can get an Uber quite easily. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast offered as well as cold items which was convenient. It is located about an hour from Port Canaveral but used the Go Port for pick up at hotel and drop off at airport after cruise. Would stay here again. Restaurants and gas station within walking distance."
