"We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise and 3 nights after. The rooms were very clean, great breakfast served and walkable to several restaurants. The pool is nice but loud from interstate behind you. They do not have an airport shuttle from Sanford, which is our airport choice. we’ve stayed many times before and will be back! "

"Blood stained towel. Constant Marijuana smell in balcony, elevator, halls. Dirty elevators. Runner down. Not worth the price. Not worth the 8+ star reviews. Stay away if you value safety and clean."

"Room was average but the bathroom had bubbling and peeling paint from humidity or water damage. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was sub par."

"Lobby and kitchen were excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Kitchen staff were attentive in making sure food/coffee was available and keeping tables clean. I did have a problem with our room. Bed sheets smelled liked they were not cleaned. "

"Elevator wasn’t working. Paid for parking and was not able to park because it was full. Missed gatherings because we had to circle to park. We literally had to go miles away to wait for a parking spot.That cost us undue time. I was there for the funeral of my father and the things we had planned was delayed because of unexpected delays. My TV was not working. It was fixed the last day I was there. It was one of the worst stays. If they knew the elevator was out of order they should have limited the amount of people who could check in. The delays at the elevator were awful. The rug outside my door is an accident waiting to happen because there was a lump in the carpet. I had to make sure I didn’t trip. There are many places in the hotel with lumps in the carpet."
