"Parking was available. Friendly welcome. Breakfast OK but sadly no bacon (a simple fix surely?). Room clean and comfortable. "

"Waited 20 minutes to get into the room only to find room not cleaned properly half eating jar of pickles,orange juice half drank and other food items in the mini fridge then maintenance staff and receptionist had a full blown argument in full sight of my wife and I. Not appropriate for such a so called high end hotel "

"Clean room, unique experience in the tiny modular room. Everything you need. Only minor thing, shower head drained on floor later in night so had wet bath wet again. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff - they even made quick arrangements to send a bag I’d forgotten to me at the airport, in a taxi. Room was clean and nice enough, and the bed setup was fabulous (we got the family room, with king size for my husband and me and single + trundle for the kids, which meant no fighting while they slept. Wish more hotel rooms had this setup!). Pool quite nice. Food was a bit meh (and dinner and drinks very American, which was a bit sad for our final meal in the UK before...

"Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar...

"Clean, comfortable hotel. Very friendly Reception staff. Easy to drive to meet and greet car park at Gatwick airport the following morning. Stayed twice now and would definitely stay again. "
