"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "

"We loved this hotel! We have never stayed in such a unique, original hotel like this. I felt like we were in our own apartment. The way it was decorated just made us smile and feel relaxed. Very clean and organized. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. It is such a cool place! The pool and hot tub were outside in the courtyard and we took advantage of the hot tub after a long day. The check in/out process was so easy and the staff member we met was so sweet. There were 6 of us (ages 19-75)...
