"Overall, we had a good stay at Melia Caribe Punta Cana, but there were a few issues that prevented it from being a great experience.
Our first impression was disappointing because the lady who checked us in was very rude and not welcoming. Fortunately, the rest of the staff throughout the resort were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service.
