"Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me out when asked. Hotel services were fast, on time, and the cleaning service was immaculate. They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. The property also offers restaurants and a shopping center which helped whenever I need to buy small amenities that I had forgotten at home. "Actually surrounding area was quite nice, but the Tozai Line to Nishi-Kasai station was challenging, because the metro to this station always full all the time either busy hour or not. Small standard japan room but the small double bed was really small, even smaller than my previous hotel in Sapporo, although they categorize was same as "small double bed".
