"Check in was fast and easy. I called ahead for an early check in and they were able to accommodate and upgraded our room in doing so. "This is a great location on a beautiful beach. We had a deluxe king room with beach view, 2 nights. Ended up on first floor, balcony is badly designed with pillars in the middle and a railing blocking the view. Housekeeping never came. Asked for at least tissues and empty garbage. No one came. "Super bang for the buck"

"Wasn't told from Expedia that hotel was going to be under construction and parking lot was closed. Parking had to be done through valet which I didn't mind but not being to access my vehicle right away was definitely not fun. Overall staff was understanding of the situation but the construction needs to be disclosed from either the hotel or Expedia."
