"The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe. Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind."

"We got charged 50$ for self parking overnight vs the lower stated price confirmed at check in. Overall experience was good but we realized this charged was added after we left."

"This property exceeded all of my expectations except for one. The good the staff was excellent they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was a single king with bed, lounge chair, wall mounted work area, refrigerator and TV; all fairly standard. More importantly the room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. "Very beautiful place. My complaint would be that there was hair everywhere from the previous person or the staff and we couldn’t use the bathtub shown in the picture because there was a tone of shoe prints as if someone was walking around in it. Other than that staff was kind and the welcoming. "

"The building is incredible, and a great place to stay in the city - quiet, comfortable, and very close to everything downtown. Staff were warm and friendly, the facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a deal worked out with a lovely cafe a couple blocks away so you can get a discount on meals and drinks there. The only walkable groceries are convenience stores/bodegas, but I expected that in a city. Would highly recommend, and I'll be back anytime I need to come through...
