We made a reservation for three nights, got a confirmation, and paid. "Non smoking room was booked, they checked me in 3 different non smoking rooms, but 3 rooms had very bad smoking smell, when asked staff, their reply was that they were not able to control the guest and since most of the rooms have smoking smell. Also bedding was not clean, lot of stains on bedding. No soap and shampoo as well. Very bad experience"
