Then, on our return they couldn't find it, the receptionist said he would have to check CCTV, to see if we had actually brought it in as though he didn't believe us.. They later found it in another storage area but no apology."

The sheets were of the lowes standard of quality and also stained. The pillows of such disgraceful quality that you wouldn't even put in a dogs bed coupled with the can of beer which lay above our heads amongst a sickening thick layers of dust prompted us to check the electrical regulations certificate and fire extinguisher both of which are out of date by almost three years.
