Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Visited for a work trip at the NEC. Convenient walking distance to the NEC and resorts world. Restaurants, breakfast and gym and spa were lovely and clean and the rooms were nice too. Nothing bad to say really! Would stay again!

We will never stay at this hotel ever again. Despite it being £140 it was terrible. When we entered the room there was a strong and overpowering stink of bleach. When you flushed the toilet there was a disgusting sewage smell. We had to try and sleep with the window open ALL NIGHT. We never bothered ...
