"The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the pillows were hard. I didn't feel very secure as the public areas were not very nice and the carpet in the corridor on floor three was disgusting. I would not stay here again "

"Exceeded all expectations. We were welcome to a free glass of wine and snacks (not sure what the occasion was - but was very welcome). Check in was busy and we were greeted with an apology. Family suite was spacious and the in room facilities good (tea, coffee, Nespresso and chocolate for the child). Buffet breakfast (with alternative/additional items freshly made) had a good variety. Swimming pool and leisure facilities included in the price. "

"Quick check in, room basic abd small but only sleeing untill 4am so ok, think alk rooms should have a kettle, i brought one with me so ok, food usual choice and exagerated price, to be expected, so a reasonably cheap complete deal for airport hotel which is literally 5 min walk to the airport "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"Lovely stay in a nice modern building with ample parking and great restaurant on site. The door needed extra hard pull from outside to ensure it locked (always double check!) but reported to reception on check out so hopefully fixed now. Would (and probably will) stay again"

"Arrived late and left early, so really only slept there but had a very good nights sleep. We were welcomed, the room was lovely and clean, and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. It’s a shame we didn’t have a chance to experience the facilities, but perhaps next time when we have more time."
