"The best hotel if you are visiting Stonehenge. 2-3 min walk from the train station, and from the bus station connecting to Stonehenge The room was small but the location is unbeatable. Helpful staff Breakfast included"

"Beautiful, cosy 14th century inn with rooms. Picture postcard perfect and in a great location for walks and a short drive to Tisbury High Street. Food in the pub was excellent as was choice of drinks. Plenty of car parking right opposite"

"Everything we needed for a super stay as we visited the Christmas markets. Flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wall and full length mirrors and a laundry room. Welcomed by a Breakfast hamper and finding milk and yogurt in fridge was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended ! "

"Great dog friendly room and pub to visit. We only stayed one night - it was a nice location from the new forest. Dinner was delicious, my partner said it was perhaps the best pie he’s ever had, and the included breakfast was well worth it. Only suggested improvement could be a new carpet for the room, but this is always tricky for a dog friendly room. "

"We had a large clean room over looking the river. The bed was extra large and comfortable. The room has a good size en suite. Sleeping with the window open and hearing the water is very soothing. It's a nice walk into town along the town path. There is limited parking but it's free. Breakfast was very substantial and freshly cooked to order. The restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We plan to stay again soon. "

"Lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Such an interesting old building, obviously not immaculate as it is not modern, but full of character and so comfortable. Easy walking distance to town and the cathedral but still nice and quiet area. "
