"It’s a small, cute room. Good condition. Mini-fridge and AC were good. No coffee maker. The bathroom was really small with no counter space. I had a room with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. The queen bed was comfortable but squeaky. The twin beds less so. Clean."

"The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Beautiful property with ocean view. Cool rooftop bar and excellent pool area with hot tub, bar and outdoor wood fired pizza oven. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and in constant contact to make sure my every need was met."

"The room was ok. But what made me lower stars is the fact that the EV chargers are only for valet parked vehicles. They never explained that anywhere while making the reservation. That was a big reason to pick that specific hotel. The self parking alone was already expensive, but gatekeeping the chargers with valet was not a great move. To top it off it's probably 3 chargers, so if you are planning to use the hotel as a destination to charge, don't even bother."

"Can’t believe I paid $450 to stay at a slight remodeled motel that has seen better days. It was clean enough but not deserving of the 4.8 stars/excellent reviews that it had. It’s on the beach so that’s nice but it smelled like chemical cleaners and was rough around the edges for sure"
