"Parking didnt feel safe looked run down nothing like the photos didnt feel safe to come back to if it was dark outside "

"Food was good and a fair amount of variety. Didn't expect to have to pay an additional 32 for parking as there was no place else to park, so the hotel has a monopoly on that. Really close to Busch stadium which is why we chose this hotel along with the food and beverage in the evening. Should start that part if it 30 earlier if there is a ballgame."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"野球観戦には最高のロケーションでした。 直ぐでゲートも見えてゲートに並ぶタイミングを決めるのにも良かったです。 部屋は綺麗で使うには問題無いですが、バスタブが無くて、翌日変更出来そうと言われたけど、連絡無くて残念だった。 早く着いたらチェックイン時間までは、かなり待たされて掃除の関係かと思っていますが、3泊したので空いていればもう少し早く荷物等入れれば良かったかもと思います。"

"Great location to attend Enterprise Event Center. Incredible art deco architecture and decor in grand lobby. Valet parking made it very easy to enjoy our stay while attending our show just a short 10 minute walk away. Double bed room with courtyard view was a hit with my young niece"

"The valet staff wasn’t very friendly at all, they didn’t take the time to help set up text message alerts for calling the car ahead of time. Instead they gave me a ticket which meant it was more difficult to pick up my car. Considering the cost for valet is $49 + tax, it was definitely not work it and I wish I could get my money back for the poor experience at an expensive 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff also knocked on my door well before check out, waking me up."

"No frills, however it’s so beautiful and clean. The price was right!! If there were any amenities we were not aware of them. The woman that checked us in was less than friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her (such as parking!) Fortunately, everyone else we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful. Well worth the price!!"

"I did not like when I went to the front desk for towers. I had to wait until someone bring them to the room. Also, I met the guy in the hallway he assist on bringing the towers inside of my room that made my husband very uncomfortable because I was at the door to receive the towers. He still did not want to give me the towel. I believe that he should not have came in my privacy room the janitor I believe he was the supervisor. Everything else was great."
