"This hotel has a fabulous staff, the service is super efficient, and the kindness is impressive. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom sewer, and they were working on the street at night, which woke me up due to the noise. "Being just outside the main part of Ubud, this property was very quiet. Our driver could get there easily unlike if we had stayed in the heart of town in traffic jams. Only a km or two walk to other areas if you felt like walking. The restaurant was delightful, great views, quiet, staff were amazing."

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained.
